Welcome to 2nd Yellow. We are passionate about all football, not just the Champions League or the Premier League.

We love the little things that make football great – turning out to watch your beloved club in foul weather, be they Manchester United or FC United; getting a desperately needed point away from home in a relegation battle; the last minute winner that made the previous 90 minutes of agony worthwhile.

We love it all.

We also love the history of the game – stuff even happened before 1966 you know.

We love that football can be found in every nook and cranny of the globe – from England to Ecuador, Brazil to Belarus.

We love the full time stars, vying for glory in the World Cup.  We love the part time footballers who spend their weeks working as builders or postmen, and care just as much about getting 3 points on Saturday.

We love the tacticians who analyse the game from every concievable angle.  We love the passion, screaming ourselves hoarse to drive the team on.

We love the start of the season, wondering how those new signings are going to perform.  We love the run in, the desperate scrabble for glory or survival.

We love the young players making their way in the game.  We love the veterans, reluctant to hang up their boots.

We love the banter, singing and chanting.  We even love the ref, despite everything.
